The vet is always quick to help me and my dog get an appointment, I’ve never had an issue they can’t fix right away. The visit was only 30 minutes and they did so much for my dog. I will always recommend this vet

Dr Marshall is phenomenal! They were so attentive, compassionate, and straightforward. I had seen two other vets previously and was having trouble identifying what was wrong with my cat. Dr. Marshall listened to me, and really considered all the options. They did a thorough exam, reviewed the tests that were done previously, and was understanding about cost concerns. Ultimately they were able to diagnose my kitty with a bite abscess and she was treated that day. They were gentle with her while she was in pain, weren't bothered by her reactive hissing, and gave us multiple options for care and treatment. I really appreciated that they described their thought process aloud to help me understand my options. The techs that assisted us were also amazing, even with just temperature taking. Our tech asked if I was comfortable helping to hold my cat in the blanket burrito while he took her temp. I think it helped her to be calmer and I was glad to be part of the process. It was very thoughtful of him to ask if I was open to that. Even the gal at the front desk was amazing, she helped relay some of my questions over the phone to the vet so that I had a plan and some information before I even came in. Incredible teamwork from everyone at this office. I'm so grateful it ended up being less serious than I expected and that my cat was well cared for.
