I’m so grateful for Dr. Merk and the vet tech, Maria. My dog, Dude, was always very scared and aggressive at the vet, and Maria consistently worked with me to muzzle and sedate him in the safest, calmest way possible. When I had to put him down due to sudden aggressive cancer, their empathy and professionalism made an unbearable moment a little easier. Dr. Merk helped me feel confident in the decision, and I’m comforted knowing how well they cared for Dude — and for me — in his final moments. Thank you so much!

Update: New location as of a few years ago. Still on Ashworth. Waiting room is much larger and the ambiance is very inviting. The staff seems knowledgeable and very nice. It is hard to get in short notice so definitely make sure your pet doesn’t need to be seen right away. One thing we had happen that was a great experience, a couple years ago our dwarf hamster needed her teeth clipped and filed and they were wonderful to her. We were relieved they were able to take care of her, so many vets would not do it. Nice doctors. Would love a larger wait room or at least a better entrance. Too narrow when there's multiple dogs coming and going.
