They went above and beyond to make sure our pet was comfortable before he passed and they also made sure we were going to able to find a ride they even offered to pay for a Uber ride for us.

My boyfriend went in about a month ago for a job and came home with metabolic cat treats for our cat. This isn’t our regular vet but apparently he was there for an hvac job and he just asked the front desk lady and she let him buy them. I went in today and was told no, that I can’t buy them unless we take our cat there and when I told her about my boyfriend coming in a month ago and buying them, she said that never happened. How is it that one person can go in and buy them but another person can’t???

This veterinary clinic was the best I’ve ever visited. Dr. Heyer and all of the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been to vets before where details get missed or glossed over, but I’m so happy with my visit here. Great work!

This was an awful place. I had to book a week out for my cat with asthma, they did not have a room ready or even acknowledge that I had an appointment. They told me to wait and fill out paper work. Then about 20 minutes go by and a new employee appears from no where and asks what I am doing there. I say they said they had no room but was waiting for my scheduled appointment. Then she says "one second" and proceeds to go to a backroom, throw around some boxes and invites me and my cat with ASTHMA into a dusty room with cobwebs that no one had been in: and the entire last 20 minutes of waiting. I then wait another 30 minutes to be seen with no sounds from anyone or anything besides crying animals and my extremely distressed cat, and when I went to the lobby to check up on the progess- no one was there, BUT they were in their breakroom talking loudly about lunch and hotdogs from eariler as well as other animals they had seen that day (overall just extremely unprofessional let alone neglectful). It was very unprofessional and god forbid it had been an emergency appointment! I almost went back there myself; because, at this point we had waited an hour for an appointment we booked very far in advance. Then, the vet finally comes in and the assistant begins forcefully holding my cat down as he is screaming (not normal for my cat, I know assistants and vets need to restrain animals but this was different- they were causing pain.) Also, they would not let me hold or touch my cat or assist in any way. The doctor takes one look at my cats teeth (again we had come for asthma treatment) and did not even listen to my kitties lungs- but proceeded to tell me for them to do anything at all; it would be 300 dollars for bloodwork and another 400 for xrays before they'd even check him out. I say to the vet that I couldn't afford that out of pocket, especially for only a check up on asthma, and they immediately ceased treatment and tried to charge me 70$ for distressing my cat, wasting about 3 hours of our time, and do absolutely nothing to have an actual caring veterinary practice for my cat or me- whom is paying for a bare minimum service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HELP YOUR PET GET ACTUAL CARE!!!
