I've never been more disappointed in a veterinary clinic. The front desk girls couldn't give me basic pricing for any of the offered services. Basic exam.. price varies. Dental exam.. price varies.. I hope they take more care in their animals than their customer service reflects. Fortunately every other vet in town is able to tell me what they charge for services, so at least I have options.

They really worked with my schedule to get my dog his shots . They also were willing to break up my appointments to help with billing to get him up to date

Amazing staff and service. They display genuine concern and compassion for both the animals and the families. We have undergone a few procedures on both of my dogs now with great results every time.Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough great things about Family Pet Veterinary Center in West Des Moines! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Asher greeted us warmly, held the door and got us into a room right away, which made everything feel efficient and welcoming. Dr. Kate was incredibly kind and thorough, even calling me to walk through her findings and make sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. Morgan made checkout a breeze - so friendly and easy to talk to - and even helped carry meds and food out to my truck, which I truly appreciated. The whole team made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and positive. And their prices are definitely reasonable! I am so grateful we found them! Highly recommend!
