I had a very good experience with Dr. Jim Pottebaum and the staff. I brought my kitten in for his first veterinary visit, and Dr. Pottebaum took the time to talk with me, answer my questions, and explain what my kitten needed. He received his vaccinations and deworming medication during the visit. He was pretty sleepy afterward, but his appetite returned and he was back to himself. I gave him his flea and tick treatment the following day as recommended. I really appreciated the time Dr. Pottebaum spent discussing my kitten’s care with me. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling comfortable with the plan going forward. Everything went very well, and Timo and I will definitely use Dr. Pottebaum again and recommend him to others looking for a caring and knowledgeable veterinarian.

Dr Jim is awesome! He is very patient and caring and has done a great job with our horses over the years. His staff is amazing as well. Always kind and helpful with answering questions.
