My dog got hit by a car, dying in my front lawn, I called bawling to tell them the emergency and were coming asap. I was told that they close in 10 mins so I might have yo bring her to Cedar Rapids….. I said hell no we live 7 mins away we are coming no matter what. Unfortunately, my pup didn’t make the ride there. But that comment itself was enough to make me sick condsidering my friends and family have taken animals there for 10+ yrs and I’ve always complained at how rude especially the front staff is!!!!! AND I’ve never had a vet make you pay for your pets death as you are bawling your eyes out saying your goodbyes….. 🤔🤔🤔🤔. I’m disappointed after that was the last straw and we will not be going there again. Nice animal people, rude and inconsiderate and insensitive, Multiple times to the owners. Also overpriced.

Horrible customer service. Refused to admit my mom’s dog once we arrived saying our appointment was at a different time than was confirmed and was very rude about it.
