There is nothing good to say about this clinic, if you want your pet to be given a Overdose of mixed medicines go here, if you want to be charged for vet visits without transparency up front cost and charges without it seeming to be a inconvenience or hassle to get just rough estimates go here. More importantly if you want a vet that doesn't truly care about not only your pet, but also the owners/family member of the pet especially in your need of care or emergency care go here. There are too many other Veterinarians in the Des Moines area that will give you and your pet the compassionate care that you both deserve. This clinic clearly only cares about being just another money grab in and out run of the mill care facility that only cares about their bottom line of making profit before actual care. Stay away from this clinic if you want a pet to survive long term. Needless to say we didn't get that from this clinic.

Quick friendly cost effective service.

They presented themselves as a economical vet. And they are anything but economical the vet added on extra services that I did not feel were necessary and did not provide any more information than we already knew before we wasted money doing them.

Always had a good experience here and I appreciate their willingness to work with my schedule.
