Whoever the male Dr is that works here, should be investigated. I had to spend nearly $3,000 REDOING a simple surgery to fix my female husky. They sent her home with no cone, and staples instead of stitches. A few days passed and I called and advised that she was bleeding, they said to “put a t shirt on it’ll be fine”. My dog starting acting off, so I took her to an emergency vet down in Missouri. She was nearly dead. They re-did the ENTIRE procedure the correct way. Now my baby is healthy. If I would’ve known the extent of his malpractice at the time being, the knife wouldn’t have been on my dog. Second situation, I took my cat in prior to this incident above to simply get his vaccinations. He stabbed my cat 13 times in multiple spots. Finally shaving my cats chest and putting the needle in his chest, proceeding to wiggle it around until he found a vein. My cat was absolutely mortified. I’m getting this company shut down, my attorney is currently filing a lawsuit. Also, don’t let them fool you into an ‘examination’. He charged my mother $250 to stretch her cat’s legs and tell her he would have arthritis…….. Please do not let their response fool you. The account was under my girlfriend’s name. This is pathetic. Hey, they must remember stabbing my cat though! They’re trying to call my phone now as well. This is the absolute worst veterinary clinic in Southeast Iowa. Note, how could one confuse the clinic when it’s the only one in Mediapolis? Unfortunately.

My dog had an unexpected reaction after having some teeth pulled. Dr. Thomas and the ladies at the office went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of and made a full recovery. Now he loves going the visit his friends at the office. They also took great care of me during this time, taking the time to answer all of my questions and giving me helpful tips and advice.
