Krichel Animal Hospital

Had a miss understanding but they made it right.

The folks at Krichels always take great care of our doggos.

update I had dog Ruby operated on at krichel s animal hospital they told me that it would cost around $2,000 to save my doggies life unfortunately she passed away after a week of her being home they said they were supposed to give her laser treatments they never did call us and make an appointment and we asked and then there started to be complications where she was throwing up puking and s******* herself and I knew that she wasn't going to make it it was just too much on her little body and then they said to bring her in I wanted her put down no more pain they to squeak just a little bit more money out of her dying body they said they would take x-rays to see if there's anything they could do I did not want her to have x-rays I just wanted her to be put down and be out of pain and pass away peacefully but they did do X-rays and everything we did not have enough money at that time as we had already gave them over $2,000 and we tried to pay what we could with the $400 left over $143 of that being for the X-ray! I disagreed with them about the X-ray and said I should not have to pay for that when I didn't want her to have it I just wanted her to put down which I'm willing to pay the other amount which I've been trying to pay and been sending checks and they've been sending letters saying I'm late that I need to get it paid and they're right and great big huge letters with no heart at all or understanding they had already got in so much money from us that we had missed buying certain necessities we need it for ourselves because dogs are more important than us and they use that work on our heart trying to make us feel bad if we didn't do what they said and we're trying to pay but they keep us sending dirty notes and all this time my Ruby died and all the money I spent with their promises of saying they could save her and no aftercare checks or anything and they're sending us dirty messages it on paper I've got them and I'm thinking about getting a lawyer if they don't stop threatening as I just wanted my dog to be put down peacefully and they try to squeak what little bit more money out of her dying body they could I would never use this place again! To let alone that we have used them for over 15 years when I think his name was Dr hedgecroft the older doctor that passed away we even took our dogs there then and always paid our bills on time but when you have one disagreement with billing they treat you like crap even though all the years you've been with them paying your bills on time it's just disgusting and disturbing and heartbreaking all this is in my opinion from experience

They always do awesome by me and my pets. Couldn’t ask for better doctors!!! 💯❤️❤️❤️
