We loved bringing our dog here so much we drive 45 mins. No longer will that be the case after my dogs healed. Today I had the vet Angelique who had me leaving in tears. She was belittling, condescending, rude and extremely unprofessional. There’s no reason she should be working with animals or people.

I visited this veterinary clinic today with both of my dogs. While the technician who administered the injections was professional and kind, my overall experience was disappointing. I asked a question about whether one of my dogs’ medications could be refilled. It’s possible that I interrupted a staff member when I first walked in, and if so, I apologize for that. However, I felt that my question was not answered and that several staff members were dismissive and unfriendly. I was also surprised to be charged $15 per medication to have the pills cut, which added an unexpected cost to my visit. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated experience. During several visits, I have found the staff to be unfriendly and difficult to approach, which makes asking questions about my pets’ care uncomfortable. I value kindness, clear communication, and customer service when making decisions about veterinary care, and I hope this feedback helps the clinic improve its interactions with clients. The technician who gave the injections was the one positive part of my visit, and I appreciate her professionalism.

We have taken all of our pets here through the years. With our two current larger dogs, they’ve been a great place to handle all of their needs. We also love boarding them here because while we don’t expect anything to happen, if it does, there are doctors there or on call if needed. Our dogs love going there and that works for us.

I can’t recommend these guys enough to my clients. I own a dog training and boarding facility here in town, and for the past couple of years they’ve treated me extremely well while taking outstanding care of my personal dogs (all 9 of them!) as well as my clients’ dogs. They’re always quick to respond, dependable when I need help, and truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
