I was so impressed with this clinic! First of all - Can I just say it was a literal breath of fresh air that the clinic didn't smell bad or smell or look dirty. A+ on cleanliness and overall care of the facility. I know they see pets and animals - I'm not expecting it to smell 'good'. But I've been in so many clinics where it just doesn't feel cared for. THIS clinic however was so shiny and bright and clean and friendly. Dr. Dennis was SO warm and friendly and very patient in answering my questions I came in with. I don't know the last vet I interacted with that cared so much about helping me feel more at ease with what is going on with my dog. I am so impressed with their service and professionalism, warmth and genuine care. You don't just feel like 'another patient' here. You really feel cared for and listened to. This matters when it comes to your pets!! They are your family. So glad this pet hospital exists! Well Done Animal Haven! 5 stars!

Dr. Dennis has cared for our dogs from puppies through their senior years. There is no one I would trust more than him. He answers all of my questions with patience, experience, and wisdom. I have asked when is the best time to spay/neuter, how to handle some behavior challenges, and other questions just to satisfy my curiosity. He is incredibly knowledgeable. His clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. He is a great veterinarian!
