I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. This is my second bad experience with this place. I normally buy the heartworm preventative pills on line because I can get a 3 months supply for less than these guys charge you for 1 month. But for some unforseen reason our 3 months supply never got sent out this month. So I had to turn to these guys to keep onyx current on his meds. So I called them and explained my situation to them. And they told me to come on out to get a pill for this month. But that when I did I would need to schedule an appointment to get Onyx the heartworm test done on him because he was past due for one. And I knew this cuz I had just had him in for allergy reasons the week prior. And they told me that they wouldn't do it that day cuz he was already going through enough at that time. So I get out there to pick up the medication which is a 40 min drive round trip. I made the appointment for the next day for the heartworm test to be done. But the receptionist wouldn't let me buy the medicine I drove out there to get. Said they wouldn't give it to me until our scheduled visit the next day. So I just wasted $20 in gas and 40 mins of my day. Just to be treated like we weren't worthy of there medication until after the test and they made there money off of us. Where is there concern for onyx. And if there was another reason she wasn't able to give it to us. Why didn't she tell me that while I was on the phone with her. Instead of laying that shit on us after we drive all the way out there. I could have made the appointment with her on the phone. And saved me a trip. I live off of disability and I'm currently battling a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. So every penny I have is already accounted for and then some. I can't afford this senseless shit to happen to us. And shouldn't there first response be what's best for onyx. But it obviously isnt. This test is kind of senseless to begin with. If onyx is taking heartworm preventative medicine every month like he is required to. Then why would a test be needed. I see it as just another way for them to get more money out of you. If it wasn't for the fact that I need him to up to date on his heartworm preventative meds. And the fact the last doctor we seen for onyx's allergies had done such a good job helping him. I wouldn't even go back out there.

Was very rude about seeing my elderly dog. The lady spoke loudly enough for everyone inthe waiting area to stare, and was abrasive i actually had an older lady follow me out and give me a hug because of how rude they were.

Awesome skill- sometimes a long wait- but worth it. However the older tech who needs reading glasses bloodied four toenails- maybe its time she quit doing that since someone else in the office said the same thing. *edit* Dr. Hildabrand is wondeful and whomever neutered my boi did amazing. Dr. Lee saved Thors life by realizing it was Addisons disease.

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for—not just as clients, but as part of their extended animal-loving family. The staff is kind, patient, and truly dedicated to the well-being of every pet that comes through their doors. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and made sure Bear, Malt and Harley were as comfortable and stress-free as possible. You can tell they really love what they do. It’s such a relief to know my pets are in such compassionate and capable hands. Thank you all so much for your excellent care, support, and kindness. I’m so grateful to have you as my vet!
