2024 They were over booked and short a vet. Charged me $59. for health exam. Didn't do any examine only gave vaccinations. Just another way to pad their pockets at customer's expense. Waited for nearly an hour to be seen. July 30, 2025.Been a year now, I took my dog in this last week to get up dated vaccinations. Staff was friendly, Female vet was professional and did a great job. Left a stool sample to be tested for parasites, charged me $50. Said results would be 24 to 48 hours. Never heard back from them. Called this week and was told, "No news is good news." Obviously, without a document to provide to a groomer, boarding, or trainer to prove the dog is free of parasites it doesn't help me. Even when I explained, the staff member didn't seem to grasp without them sending me a document of the test results it wasn't much help to me. They did have my email on file. They are in the process of remodeling and the front waiting area and office space at this time is extremely small for the number of animals coming in to wait to be treated. I have been a nurse for over twenty years, it is frustrating to me it cost just as much as if not extremely more to pay for even routine pet care. Pet care providers are preying on owners of pets knowing they are like our family. Even so, they are pets not people and charging such outrageous fees is causing many people to be unable to get the necessary health care their pets need especially when it comes to being sick or injuried.

The doctor was running behind and the office called to let me know. I was able to arrange an appointment later in the day. Oh, and Dr. Takes is the best.
