Our puppy of 5 years was diagnosed with lymphoma about 6 months ago. Dr. Kemmerer and the whole staff was the best to us. They recommended a specialist in the Quad Cities, and routinely checked in to ensure we had the support and care that we needed. Our pet sadly lost his battle, but even through the end, we felt like he was their own pet. The compassion, care, and love from that staff is second to none. Thank you all for everything you did for us!

my pets been patients here for 7 years. today I made out my mind to go to a different vet. I was rubbed the wrong way and will not go back into the office again. unfortunately this vet office is not for me or my pets. I understand your standards and i have standards too. I had concerns over my pet care and I feel my concerns were valid and I deserve better care. unfortunately this office rub me the wrong way. I dont care for the owner and his demeanor and care i received from him regarding my pet. After that visit i made up my mind My brother will finished up my pets care following ups appointments from surgery and I will contiue my pet care elsewhere with another vet office. I feel I dont mesh well with your office and staff deserve better care for my pets I already brought my pet records to new office. I will let the reviewers make their own decesion on care regarding their thoughts on their pets I know as of today I am not happy and will not step foot in the office again I made up my mind I wish the staff and office the best. I dont agree with care . Especially if I can't voice my concerns over my pet it's all good thanks for me making a final decesion today I honestly dont care if you respond my mind made up. Goodbye Update my dog Gracie has cancer the new vet found it.
