This business electively declaws cats going against AAHA standards. They claim its safe and painless. Meanwhile those patients suffer from chronic pain the rest of their lives. You'll be better off going to a vet that practices modern medicine that will actually help your pet, not old school medicine that causes further damage.

Unprofessional staff does not fully acknowledge or articulate to patients the reality of declawing and promotes the process. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

This location has been kind to us and friendly. They take my pup in when needed and provide accurate information on my dogs condition. What I cannot stand is a business who has posted hours stating they open at 730am.. One morning im there at 730am, but there isn't a vet till 8am. So why open for that first 30mins and be able to help nobody? Simply open and post that you actually open at 8am. Now again, they are supposed to be open at 730am and ive been sitting for 30+ minutes and its after 8am to still NOBODY here.. Change your hours or actually have someone here when you are supposed to be open.. two other cars pulled up and no one is still here... great way to lose business. No one wants to have to call someone to come to the clinic to get something done. Your "need something? Call us we are a few minutes away" is useless because if someone is needing something and its DURING your business hours, BE HERE.
